it sounds like some of the timing is wrong, and sounds like all you did was add samples to a song. it needs a little work.

Especially from around 4:50 to 5:10. Excellent work! The only thing I would say work on to, would be it's a little bit scratchy. Not quite like nails on a chalkboard... but maybe halfway there? It's epic though! Good job :)

Be true to the music.

Although this piece sounds good, people are looking for epic. If you are going to compose music, any genre, you have to be true to the music, and true to the music within your mind. Give it some "robust-ness". Make the intangible, tangible. Let people hear one piece that can be interpreted twenty different ways.

Pros:
Nice beat, good harmony. It gives the listener a feeling of power.

Cons:
The drums could use some improvement. They're the heartbeat of the piece. Make sure to capture that heartbeat.

All-In-All:
4/5 and 8/10
Try to improve, you sound like you may know what you're doing, or at least have an intermediate knowledge of how to piece together music. figure out your strengths and go with them.

Thanks for the review, I like the detail you go into. I have no knowledge on composing music, but I can indeed read music. This review is exaclty what I have been looking for making my improvements. I did have a feeling I do need to working my percession more and I will with future projects. Again Thanks for your input.

[Forget it all - Piano]

Fantastic.

Very good musical piece. It is actually bringing a bit of peace to me right now, and at this point in my life i need a little bit of that. i'm probably going to be listening to this for the next hour of so, because even though it is a little repetitive, it really isn't.

The only thing i could say about this is that the acoustics could have a bit more reverb, or echo. whichever you would think better.

Great job, and keep up the good work!

I think David is respectable, he does work hard on his music, i dont think he was blamming anybody's music, the reason he gets 1k+ votes first day is because EVERYONE knows who he is and expects music from him, the moment he puts a new song up, it's like a herd of buffalo, they stampede to it. that's not his fault. He's a very good artist.

Now onto this song... I'm giving this a 3/5 - 7/10. Reason being is because you have posted this song as a waltz no? I can in no way shape or form hear a waltz beat, a waltz is a 3/4ths beat where as what you have posted is 4/4ths. don't get me wrong, the song is decent, and i understand you were sick when you made it, but i will admit, it does make a seamless loop. while i was writing this review i though, geez does it ever end? then i looked at the time lol.

All in all, good song, but i know i can hear better from you!

Well, this was just a fun thing to do while I was sick but that's no excuse. This was made at a weird time because I can only seem to write good stuff while sdepressed and I'm generally happy which depresses me [confusing], and I did not mean to put waltz iin the title I was thinking of another song lol.

Thanks man. Gotta credit the music for the atmosphere though. Just glad I could maintain the feeling with the orchestration.

Have a purely original piece coming soon. Gotta work out a few things first though. Hopefully in a few days.
